@Flyordie209 @UScellular @ltherivel I'm used to bad speeds, having a B13 only home site with Verizon would do that, but man, I have never seen latencies on that level. What's up with USCC besides cutting network costs to give phones away

payment. I go in & the @UScellular authorized agent can't pull up my account. So he calls into their call center. An hour, five calls & customer service agents later, they come back & say I owe another $94.21 on top of the $117.28. I paid the $117.28 today (4/x)

Hey .@UScellular seems pretty stupid to have chat icons on your website when you can't actually chat with your people via chat.. such a pain.. maybe that's why you're not #1 in phone service?

@UScellular @ldouglasray You dont want us cellular they are horrid!!! The coverage they offer is based off, from roaming agreements and let me tell you straight talk has better agreements

@UScellular you really need to train staff on how to not be condescending when asked a simple question about why the upgrade service has changed. Seriously.

@UScellular Jake at the Waukesha Sunset location needs customer service training. Extremely condescending about my family being on "the cheapest" unlimited plan and its not financially viable to give me a phone. Ive been with USC for... 18? years and you guys keep giving me reasons to leave

@Flyordie209 @UScellular @ltherivel Up here in WI, US Cellular was *the* carrier by which all others were measured, that has been forgotten it seems. At best, they are nothing remarkable, at worst, you are getting "5G" that can't even do 10mbps down

@WorkAsIntended @UScellular @ltherivel It's all in leadership. Verizon and AT&T are amazing at this same location. 180Mbps Down, 30-40Mbps Up on VZW. (10x10 B13, 10x10 B5, 20x20 B4 or B66 at 15x15)300-400Mbps Down, 50-60Mbps Up on AT&T. (10x10 B14, 15x15 B66, 20x20 B2)ALL LTE. No 5G or DSS.
