@Windstream how come you guys hire contractors that don't fix anything? Lost internet for a week due to a bad cable at the end of Feb, they just spliced it, so it was less than 30% bandwidth we paid for, then they didn't want to replace cable, now the only house w/no service.

@Talk2Windstream Still hearing message"we're sorry, all circuits are busy now, will you please try to call again later". Trying to call family & friends in Irvine, KY, since 6:51 p.m. March 20. Are they able to dial 911? Please resolve this serious issue ASAP.

I'll be honest @Windstream , I've been a loyal customer for 15+ years but the last few days have been absolutely unacceptable. I pay a small fortune per month for your highest speed package and I'm lucky if it works half the time. Do better. @Talk2Windstream

@Windstream You guys are awesome at stealing from your customers. Your customer service is horrendous. I’ve been dealing with issues since Dec2020 no resolutions 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬. You need to fix the issue and fix it fast

@Talk2Windstream @elonmusk @Windstream 3 months later and I notice this response ... Ha Ha ... Seriously? Like I've never contacted support? More than once, your people suggested finding another ISP. Even the rural grants omit my location but the area all around me is in the plan.

@Windstream May I ask what you’re doing with diversity hiring at your company? I know at least 5 educated black men, including myself, that have never received a serious interview in the past 2yrs. The LR office has made it a point to not hire or interview qualified black applicants.
