Nothing better than dealing with @Xfinity. Got my new modem Friday. Sat on the phone for 1 hour installing it, and it didn’t work. Waited for tech to come out today 5-7 window. Tech cancels on me. Now I’m back at the store trying to get a new modem. Horrible.

@XfinitySupport I told him the above and right as the call ended I got a text (included) cancelling the 1/12 appoint. I DIDN’T CANCEL IT! I just called and rescheduledComcast has screwed this up from the very beginning. Read all the notes/messages in my Comcast account. Call me at 415-378-8891.

@PhoenyxArts @comcast I put a service call in because her cable box stopped working. I couldn’t be there for the site visit but my cousin was. The tech showed up and told them there was a problem with the TV, added the HDTV package, and switched from coax to HDMI. She was on basic cable with SD.

So basically the lag is apparently with my internet service. So my tournament is ruined because of internet service issue that coincidentally happened right during the start of it. @comcast @Xfinity @XfinitySupport

@LisaYee1 @Xfinity Are there any other providers in your area, or is Xfinity the only service available? At my current place, there is a choice between Midco (partially owned by Comcast) and Vast Broadband.
