Anytime I have to call Comcast I prepare myself for a frustrating experience where I get bounced around for at least 30 minutes. Today I called and problem was solved in 4 minutes and 18 seconds, and I only had to speak to one person. It’s a miracle.

@KLGLASS2 Straight up Comcast. They over charge every month and I just pay what I originally agreed to. I think it’s time for Comcast to have a come to Jesus moment. We have some bargaining power. They won’t have any new programming cuz actors are in lock down, no new sports programs.

Dear comcast, when you're gonna have a six hour "planned outage" maybe you could actually let customers know in advance so they don't lose ten pages of writing. 1 am might seem like a convenient time to plan outages for, but for some of us it's work hours.

@Xfinity I’ve had so many outages in my area that it has truly become ridiculous. The service provided has made having a home office virtually impossible. In the past two weeks there has been roughly 7-10 outages. Some for days at a time. As I type, guess what I’m experiencing?
